Beth Arbogast

Beth is the Director of Information Technology at Portner & Shure as well as a Senior Personal injury Paralegal in our Frederick, MD Office since 2019. She was born and raised in Halethorpe, MD. She now resides in Baltimore County with her husband, son and three dogs. On her downtime, she enjoys reading and crafting.

Beth holds an Associates and Bachelor of Applied Science Degrees in Paralegal Studies. She has been a licensed Notary Public since 2020. She has been a paralegal since 2013 where she started with the Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler as a personal injury paralegal. There she was trained on the Needles Case Management system. Beth has used the CMS system to ensure that all documents are received and forwarded to the carrier and that constant communication occurs between her and the clients, the carriers, and our attorneys. Beth has implemented the NEOS cloud system at Portner & Shure which is a considerable upgrade.

Beth uses her legal experience and superior customer service experience to fight for the rights of the firm’s clients. Over the last several years she has closed numerous cases for the maximum amount of the insurance policy coverage, ie. 300,000. Beth is able to anticipate and handle issues in every kind of personal injury case. Further, Beth gets a feel of how the accident affected her clients and uses that to obtain maximum value. In other words, she had the unique ability to stand in her own clients shoes.
